The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) governing board is now accepted a computerized system for donor related cottages. Therefore let us first explain who falls under Cottage Donor sub group. This title is awarded to devotees who have donated ₹1 lakh or more to the construction or developing the infrastructure of cottages. These donors are privileged; they can I book some rooms for a couple of days during normalcy in consideration of their donations.

Through these donor commitments, the TTD board has been able to build more than sixty guest houses cottages and complex structures for the comfort of the pilgrims arriving in Tirumala. These facilities offer accommodation and are easily accessible these facilities in order to enable pilgrims access the temple and other services easily.

Cottage Donor Management System – Booking Process

  • After that you should Remember the CDMS system is different from the general TTD Seva Online portal. Be sure before you are using the correct site for donor specific services.

If you need any assistance according with the activating your account or availing donor privileges, you can reach out to the Cottage Donor Management System (CDMS) Helpdesk in the following ways:

By Email
  • Send a request to cdms@tirumala.org.
  • Include the following details:
    • Donor Name
    • Cottage Number
    • Information about the visiting pilgrims (if booking for others).
By Phone
  • Call the CDMS Helpdesk at 0877 226 3470.
  • The booking process will be completed after verification through a mobile OTP sent to your registered number.
By Post
  • Write to the Reception Department, Tirumala, providing the following details:
    • Donor Name
    • Cottage Number
    • Processing Number (if applicable).
  • For bookings on behalf of others, include:
    • The name and details of the person for whom the booking is required.
    • A copy of their ID proof, address, email ID, and other relevant information.
